Hi, I’m Kellie
First and foremost, I’m a fellow human—walking this complex, messy, beautiful road of life. Like many of the families I work with, I’ve known seasons that have stretched me beyond my capacity. I understand how hard it can be to reach out for support, and I know what it feels like to be navigating life, parenting, and everything in between during overwhelming times.
I’m married and a mum to two incredible young humans who are full of joy, uniqueness, and their own growing journeys. As a family, we’re committed to parenting with authenticity, intention, and alignment with our values.
That doesn’t mean it’s always easy. Far from it. We feel the big emotions, make mistakes, and have messy days—just like everyone else. What we hold onto is the belief that parenting isn’t about perfection, but about presence, connection, and congruence. We honour our children’s individual needs and nervous systems, and we show up—again and again—as our real, imperfect selves. Because what our kids need most isn’t perfect parents, but authentic ones.
My Work
When I have greater capacity, our family feels more grounded and regulated—and I want that for other families, too. I’m passionate about helping parents build confidence in the chaos, reconnect with what matters most, and find practical, meaningful ways forward when things feel stuck.
Whether you're curious about conscious parenting, seeking support for a specific challenge, or want to reconnect with your values and direction—I’d love to walk alongside you.
My Background
My foundational training is in Counselling, Family Therapy, and Social Science, and I’ve spent nearly 20 years working with children, families, and the systems that surround them.
For the past seven years, I’ve specialised as a Children’s Trauma Therapist and Senior Advisor in the trauma field. I hold a Certification in Synergetic Play Therapy and am a lifelong learner of the latest research in trauma, neurobiology, and developmental science.
Let’s Connect
If this sounds like the kind of support you’ve been looking for, I’d love to meet you—whether face-to-face in Albury or online from wherever you are.
